Services for Young People Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) projects are delivered by qualified Youth Workers and are specifically for young people who need additional support or would be less likely to access the DofE through traditional routes:
- Those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) aged 14-24
- Young people missing from education aged 14-17
- Home educated young people aged 14-17
- Young people being supported by a social worker aged 14-17
Our Youth Workers create an inclusive and supportive environment to ensure all participants can benefit from the DofE experience, regardless of their background or abilities. By participating in a Services for Young People DofE project, young people will not only experience personal growth and develop new skills, but also make a meaningful impact in their local area.
